It’s February now and I’ve been eating healthier, getting fit and working out for almost a month now (my New Year’s Resolutions) and it’s going really well! I’ve never felt better and even when I have “cheat days” once every one or two weeks, I am glad that I don’t eat like that all of the time.
I found a work out routine that I actually enjoy doing and it makes such a difference. I picked up two Jillian Michaels workout DVDs (30 Day Shred and Six-Week Six Pack) and I’m already seeing results. The nice thing about both of these videos is that they only take a half hour out of your day (which is great for someone as busy as I am)
