It’s thirteen days into the New Year and I have to admit that I’m not doing too well with my New Year’s Resolutions. I wish I could say that I’ve been successful but at least I can say that I haven’t completely failed. My resolutions were to 1.) Save money 2.) eat healthier 3.) exercise.
I had some down time after work today and decided to look up some different recipes that are healthier food options that I can try out. I saw a lot of great things online about making smoothies and the fantastic benefits. The problem is that I don’t have a blender! I looked online and found a great selection of blenders. Once I get it ordered I can run down to the local food co-op and buy some fresh fruits and vegetables! Wish me luck!
